

The paintings, prints, mixed media, and assemblage works by Lisa Zukowski utilize both traditional and experimental methods. Zukowski received her degree in painting and printmaking from Brooklyn College,where she served as printer for the Brooklyn College Press. She has worked as a textile colorist, studio assistant, and as a graphic artist.
Zukowski is a two-time recipient of the Bernard Shaw Memorial Award for Painting, the Brooklyn College Press Printmaking Award, the 2001 Peter Rahill Memorial Award in Graphics, and several awards from local arts organizations, including Orange County Art Federation Artist of the Year in 2006. Lisa teaches printmaking workshops at various locations throughout the year and conducts an annual art holiday in Tuscany, Italy. Lisa's work has been exhibited in the United States and abroad, and is in several private collections.
Zukowski was born in Brooklyn, and is a resident of Warwick, New York. She currently serves as President of the Warwick Art League. Lisa Zukowski's work can be viewed at The ARTery Fine Art and Fine Craft Gallery in Milford, Pa., and by appointment at Green Darner Studio.
